Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order is placed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products

We offer exchange only for products that are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

A complete, uninterrupted product opening (unboxing) video is mandatory to process any damage or defect claim.

Claims submitted without a full opening video will not be accepted.

The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The returned product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Are Q Knit garments ready-made or made to order?
Q Knit offers both ready-made pieces and customised options, depending on the design. Customised and maternity-adapted garments may require additional processing time.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
