Q Knit - Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective for all customer purchases
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Exchanges are accepted for size issues, defective products, or wrong items received.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged/defective products, wrong items delivered, or unavailable items after purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Used, washed, or damaged products.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Opening Video Requirement
- A clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all claims regarding damage, defects, missing items, or wrong products.
- The video must begin before opening the parcel and show the sealed package clearly.
- The entire opening process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
- Claims without a valid opening video may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the opening video.
Return Process
- Contact Q Knit customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details and supporting photos/videos.
- After inspection and approval, the refund or exchange will be processed.
