Q Knit - Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective for all customer purchases

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues, defective products, or wrong items received.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged/defective products, wrong items delivered, or unavailable items after purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Opening Video Requirement

  • A clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all claims regarding damage, defects, missing items, or wrong products.
  • The video must begin before opening the parcel and show the sealed package clearly.
  • The entire opening process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
  • Claims without a valid opening video may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the opening video.

Return Process

  • Contact Q Knit customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide order details and supporting photos/videos.
  • After inspection and approval, the refund or exchange will be processed.
