SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Q Knit. We are dedicated to delivering our ready-made garments to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines and processing terms outlined below.

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

• Processing Time: To maintain the quality of our garments, please allow up to 7 business days for your

  order to be processed, thoroughly inspected, packed, and handed over to our courier partners.

• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your regional location.

• Tracking Information: As soon as your package ships, a tracking link will be shared via your registered email or phone number to monitor its transit status.

  Note: Business days exclude weekends and officially recognized public holidays.

  2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  We welcome international orders and ship to multiple destinations globally. Due to variable international courier structures, shipping costs and timelines are handled individually.

3. IMPORTANT LOGISTICS NOTES

• Address Modifications: Address changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. Once dispatch processing has commenced, delivery destinations cannot be modified.

• Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that a package arrives physically compromised, please document the exterior packaging with photos immediately and report the delivery to our customer care team.
